Our company held 2015 annual target announcement and award ceremony for 2014 annual advanced individuals on January 30. Managerial staff above director level, shift headmen, employee representatives and 2014 annual advanced individuals, with a total number over 400, attended the meeting. The strategic outlook of innovation and pragmatism, entry into new product field and fulfillment of new profitability was put forward in the meeting.

General Manager Takeo summarized and self-examined the annual production and operation condition in 2014 during the meeting. 2014 is a critical year for Changzhou Toshiba. In this year we climbed upwards from the bottom and attained restorative growth. Although we have experienced some ups and downs, and have been confronted with arduous tests such as manufacturing of the power plant transformers with the largest capacity in China, the first assembly of export products in Hamakawasaki, product manufacturing of Rizhao transformer substation in short lead time, etc. We have also made remarkable achievements, reached annual yield target, and witnessed a 102% increase in production capacity on year-on-year basis. Indexes including operation revenue, profit, etc. have met or surpassed the annual targets issued by Board of Directors. Meanwhile, General Manager Takeo also analyzed problems and deficiencies found in production and operation in 2014.

After announcing all kinds of annual targets in production and operation in 2015, General Manager Takeo selectively analyzed opportunities and situation in transformer market brought by construction of ultra-high voltage grid and intelligent grid in China, further emphasized the marketing goal to develop towards the new fields in both ends of traditional marketplace in order to obtain more orders, and assigned 36 key-point work tasks focusing on annual targets. Finally, General Manager Takeo raised expectations for all the employees, hoping that they can embrace the innovative and pragmatic attitude, daring to take responsibilities, jointly fulfill duties, and make efforts to realize new growth in enterprise economic benefit in 2015.

In addition to the meeting, we also held a grand ceremony to honour 32 employees, including 2014 Annual Outstanding Employees, Quality and Safety Models, Outstanding Instructors, Outstanding Correspondents, etc.
