Group Company visiting us to supervise and examine the implementation of safe production, quality management & control and benchmarking

On April 9, three officers from production quality center of Group Company visited us to supervise and examine the implementation of safe production, quality management & control and benchmarking. The executive deputy general manager, ZHOU Hongxing, chief accountant, quality director, head of management department and quality control department, and other leaders and department heads were present in the meeting. The safety & environmental department, on behalf of the company, reported the implementation of safe production, quality management & control and other work to supervision & examination team.

This supervision & examination is an important move to comply with the requirements in Notice on Carrying Out Safe Production Examination in Spring from Safety & Quality Department of State Grid, implement the deployments made in 2014 safe production & quality management meeting, further implement safety responsibilities, prevent safety accidents, strengthen quality management & control approaches, deepen benchmarking and reduce cost & improve efficiency.

Before then, we, pursuant to the supervision & examination program and on the basis of actual conditions in the production, under the leadership of general manager and executive deputy general manager, from March to the end of May, launched the activities of safe production, quality management & control and benchmarking in two phases. The self-examination sheet is used to stress the key points, and responsible department is fixed under the principle of "those who is in charge shall carry out the activity". This supervision & examination is mainly focused on our activities in first phase. In the way of in-situ visit, looking over documentation & record, etc, the leaders of supervision & examination team mainly supervised and examined the safety education, operation code, safety of working place, labor protective articles, traffic safety, fire prevention, emergency warranty and other safety management conditions; the supervision & examination also covers: basic management of product quality, quality management of key projects, process management & control of product quality, and other quality management & control conditions; compilation of benchmarking program, establishment of benchmarking system, cost-reducing & efficiency-improving measures and other benchmarking activities. The supervision & examination team highly appreciated our achievements on safe production, quality management & control and other aspects and thinks that our safety activities are carried out deeply, and the management & control of quality documents is advanced with obvious features. In addition, it gave opinions on our safety signs, assessment specifications of product design, technical disclosure, etc, and required us establish a target on production & operation management and widely carry out benchmarking activities.
