Our Company Provided Operation & Maintenance Training of Transformer to Vietnam Customers
On January 19, over 20 engineering and technical personnel from technical departments of operating companies affiliated to Vietnam State Grid came to our company to receive one-week business service training concerning related knowledge, maintenance, repair, etc. of transformer. On behalf of Changzhou Toshiba, chief engineer Pan Wen of our company extended our warm welcome, accompanied the guests to visit manufacturing site, and introduced process, technology, equipment, as well as social and economic benefits of Changzhou Toshiba products in details.
Our company undertook the task of manufacturing of 9 sets of 500kV single-phase transformers imported to Vietnam previously, 6 sets of which were already delivered to the customers at the end of last year. In order to provide high-quality service to Vietnam customers in a better way, our company prepared teaching materials in English version, and organized internal lecturers Shen Yaoming, Qiu Qinghua, Zhang Gongzhe, etc. from Technical Department to directly train these 20-plus visiting customers in English. After completion of training, honorary certificates were awarded to the Vietnam customers receiving training by General Manager Takeo.
