Practically Promote Transformation & Upgrading Improve Quality & Efficiency for Future Glory Our Company Convened 2016 Annual Targets Announcement Meeting and 2015 Annual Model Employees Commendation Meeting
2016 Annual Targets Announcement Meeting and 2015 Annual Model Employees Commendation Meeting was convened by our company on January 22. General Manager Takeo reviewed and summarized achievements and shortcomings in all kinds of works in 2015, and announced annual production and business operation targets in 2016 by combining “transformation and upgrading” plan of the company. Model employees working in various kinds of posts in the year of 2015 were ceremoniously awarded in the meeting. About 300 employees, including leaders in charge of business operation of the company, model employees receiving awards and employee representatives, attended the meeting. The meeting calls for all the employees to practically promote transformation and upgrading of the company, and make more contribution to improvement of quality and efficiency for future glory.
In the meeting, General Manager Takeo first introduced fulfillment of 2015 production and business operation indicators, and provided comprehensive summary of achievements in all aspects of works, including production characteristics, marketing, synchronous rate of production processes and, special quality control of transformer and switch products of the whole year, development and manufacturing of key products, exported products and UHV prototype, technical R & D achievements, withdrawal of capital from circulation, reduction of cost and improvement of efficiency, as well as safety, quality and fundamental management of the company, and gave Switch Department special credits for the remarkable business performance which exceeding the targets in annual plan. Meanwhile, the General Manager carefully analyzed shortcomings in the course of work, especially the problems existing in the aspects of quality and safety, pointed out the impact of these shortcomings and problems on business operation of the company, and put forward rectification requirements.
After announcement of main production and business operation indicators of our company in 2016, the General Manager made arrangements for detailed work contents in 4 aspects of focuses in the whole year one by one, including “practically promote the development in UHV market”, “strengthen competitiveness, expand market orders and improve economic efficiency”, “enhance product quality”, “build excellent teams and create a harmonious company”, etc. Finally, General Manager Takeo pointed out that the slogan of our company in 2016 is “CTC in the process of transformation and upgrading!”, and raised expectations that all the employees can make joint efforts to practically promote transformation and upgrading of the company, and make more contribution to improvement of quality and efficiency for future glory.
In the warm applause, deputy chief engineer Chen Xin, acting manager of Technical Department Zhou Huan, Oil Tank Department manager Qin Jianlong, Manufacturing Department manager Liu Qing and General Manager Takeo presented the awards to employees receiving honorary titles of 2015 annual outstanding correspondents, outstanding lecturers, safety models, quality models, outstanding employees, etc., and posed for a group photo.
