Our Company Sincerely Invited Family Members of Employees to Visit

Before 20th anniversary of our company’s founding, on the basis of the principle of diligence and thriftiness, we invited family members of employees to visit our company on July 25 instead of organizing large-scale celebrations to exhibit development achievements of Changzhou Toshiba in the past 20 years and also express our gratitude for hard work of our employees and strong support of their family members.

This visiting event attracted 138 family members of employees in total from 79 families. Among them the oldest was 85 years old while the youngest is less than 2 years old.

At the beginning of the event, chief of Management Department He Zhisheng delivered a warm welcome speech. Then General Manager Takeo introduced to visiting family members the main development process of our company and main functions of large-scale power transformer in power generation and transmission, and also introduced basic knowledge of electricity to kids.

With the escort of some middle-level leaders, family members saw the assembly process and test process of the exterior of large-scale power transformer as well as manufacturing process of test hall of uhv transformer and transformer oil tank with interest.

During the event, employees’ family members were amazed by the development of Changzhou Toshiba, and had a heartfelt pride of their families’ work in Changzhou Toshiba.

After family members coming to our company, event organizer arranged each visiting family to take photos in front of the company building. There were street dancing performed by employees’ kids, skill show performed by players in our company’s football team and impromptu Q & A concerning basic knowledge of transformer during the process of event. The kids of all the employees participated in this event also submitted their paintings with the theme of “The Work of My Parents”. Event organizer posted those works full of innocence on the walls of company canteen for employees to appreciate. At the end of the event, General Manager Takeo led some managerial staff, Japanese experts to send family members to take company shuttle bus home, and gave a small gift bag to each family.
