Innovation & Pragmatism, Transformation & Upgrading, In a Sprint to Progress Our Company Held Target Presentation for the Second Half of 2015
Our company held production and business operation target presentation for the second half of 2015 on July 17. All the managerial staffs and 300-plus employee representatives from all the departments attended the presentation. The presentation made the following demands on all the employees: get a clear understanding of the current situation and be innovative as well as pragmatic according to the working targets of the second half of this year; vigorously promote implementation with a clear focus to guarantee the smooth development, quality and on-time delivery of R & D and manufacturing of key new products including ultra-high voltage (uhv) model machine, etc. and promote transformation and upgrading of products, thus promoting stable development of our enterprise with efforts and create new glory for our development.
When reviewing and summarizing production and business operation performance of the first half of this year in presentation, General Manager Takeo pointed out that we had achieved great performance in marketing since this year, wining bidding in State Grid’s three centralized bidding. We won full-scale bidding in the second and third batches of bidding. Furthermore, we have developed overseas market with all our strength under the support of investors, and have received bulk orders. We have also achieved new outcome when applying “two ends” development strategy. After passing appraisal and obtaining relevant qualifications, our 110kV model machines have received orders from market. With regard to the development of uhv products, we have established “Leadership and Working Team for Manufacturing of Model Machines of 1000kV Transformers”, and have started the research and manufacturing of uhv model machines. All the performance we achieved in the first half of this year has laid a solid foundation for stability in production and business operation for this year as well as production for next year. Meanwhile, General Manager Takeo also pointed out problems and weaknesses in places where we failed to accomplished the tasks, and analyzed as well as reviewed the issue.
Combined with the situation and tasks of this year, General Manager Takeo issued goals, tasks and priorities in our work for the second half of the year, identified key indexes in the second half including output, sales revenue, total winning amount of bidding, profits, quality loss fees, zero safety accident, etc., and put forward focuses in our work in the second half: 1. Enter into uhv market as soon as possible; 2. Improve product quality and guarantee production synchronization rate, and continuously carry out quality improvement activities for the need to develop new market; 3. Practically promote MI project to enhance performance in various works of our company.
2015 is a critical year to decide whether our company can break through development bottleneck and create new glory in development again. As long as we are daring in innovation and pragmatism, willing to assume responsibilities and can carefully perform our own duties, we will definitely overcome difficulties in our journey forward and accomplish annual goals and tasks.
